Dear Future Self Letter Goals. Life has dragged you and exhausted you until you can’t take anymore, but while you’re reading this letter, i hope you’re saying “yea, but i fought back” with. And don’t—don’t you dare—feel guilty for taking the time for yourself.
In order to reach every goal you want, you need to stay strong and focused on the things that will get you there. I'm building this time capsule as a way to remind you of who you were when you turned 20 and to give you a smile in 2043 on your 50th birthday. Follow the steps in the exercise above.
